We are still doing what we have done for the last seven thousand years or more

We are still doing what we have done for the last seven thousand years or more: killing each other. Why? Why haven’t we learned the lesson or seen the futility of killing? We are tribal-minded: the American tribe, for example. When we say, ‘We Americans,’ it is a tribe; a nation is a glorified tribe. Man has divided the world into religious and national divisions, and hopes through this division to have security. They want security and hope by dividing they’ll have it. They haven’t; they are destroying each other. And the politicians will never see this unless they have a global relationship.
